  • How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments from all major Credit Cards. (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) including PayPal.

  • When Will My Order be shipped?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business day once your order is placedShipped orders will receive an email with the tracking number

  • Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Shipping costs will be calculated on your order before you pay.

  • Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! We offer same day delivery for orders in the Miami area. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs. Please get in contact before placing the order.

  • How are local deliveries made?

Local deliveries are made using Uber Connect.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

Depending on your location, shipping within the US will take anywhere from 2-6 business days.

International orders can be delivered within 7-10 business days however this varies from country to country based on your respective CUSTOMS dept.

  • Will I get a tracking number for my shipment?

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number about 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Make sure you also check your SPAM folder just in case our email gets stuck there.

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us immediately at info@bertascloset.com to help you resolve this issue. Customers have 14 days from the date received in the mail to notify us of faulty item.
