  • Returns and Exchanges

At Bertas Closet, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer store credit as our primary refund method. We do not offer cash refunds.

 

  • Eligibility for Store Credit

To be eligible for store credit, the following conditions must be met:

- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- The return must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

 

    • How to Request Store Credit

     To initiate a return and request store credit, please follow these steps:

    - Contact our customer service team at info@bertascloset.com within 14 days of your purchase to request a return.

     

      • Return Shipping

      Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items. Bertas Closet is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

       

      • Store Credit Amount

      Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will issue store credit in the amount of the item's purchase price, excluding any shipping fees or taxes. Store credit will be provided in the form of a unique code or gift card that can be used for future purchases at our boutique.

       

      • Using Store Credit

      Store credit can be used for any item in our boutique. Simply enter the unique code or present the gift card at the time of purchase.

       

      • Store Credit Expiration

      Store credit does not expire and can be used at any time for future purchases.

       

      • Sale Items

      ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. We do not accept exchanges on SALE items, which means if the price is reduced from its regular price then it is considered a sale item. 

       

      • Additional Information

      - We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
      - In the case of damaged or defective items, please contact our customer service team within 14 days to arrange for a replacement or resolution.
